Welcome to Road King Park's Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our truck and heavy vehicle parking facility in Cranbourne West. Please read them carefully before using our services.

​• Parking is provided subject to availability and acceptance by Road King Park.
• All vehicles and equipment are parked at the owner’s risk. Customers are responsible for arranging their own appropriate insurance.
• Road King Park is not responsible for loss of or damage to vehicles, equipment, goods or personal property, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
• Customers are responsible for the actions of their drivers, employees, contractors and visitors and for any damage, cleaning, environmental or other costs they cause.
• Hazardous, illegal, stolen, flammable, explosive or environmentally harmful goods are strictly prohibited.
• Vehicle washing, servicing, repairs or other activities on the premises require prior approval from Road King Park.
• Parking fees must be paid in accordance with the agreed payment terms. Late payments may incur applicable fees and recovery costs.
• Road King Park may restrict access or terminate parking arrangements where fees remain unpaid or where these terms are breached, subject to applicable law.
• Customers must comply with all applicable laws, site rules, safety requirements and directions issued by Road King Park.
• The customer remains responsible for all outstanding charges, damage, cleaning and other costs arising from their use of the premises.
• By using the facility, the customer agrees to these terms and the Road King Park Parking/Storage Agreement.
